Anytime I have had an issue or even just a question, I have always received quick feedback. My husband was usually the one who took care of things around the house. In the past two years, I have had to take over due to his health issues. I appreciate the time and patience they have shown while helping me understand the services we’ve had as well as helping navigate some changes that needed to be made.

Terminix always notifies us when they are going to be at our house. They are always there when they say they will be. No so with other businesses in town. Also, the technicians are very knowledgeable and professional.
