We have been experiencing issues (mostly spiders in the ceilings) for several months now. We have been shopping around and were close to switching companies until Jon performed our service this week. Not to take anything away from the previous technician but Jon was so thorough with the service. I don’t recall a service like that since Steven was our technician on Longfellow Drive. I am not sure if Jon was a fill in or not but could I please stay on Jon’s route? I feel confident that the continued service that was performed this week will mitigate and eventually eliminate our issues. Could you also please inform Jon that he left his sweeper on our front porch?
