So easy to work with. You let us know when it's time for a service and scheduling is so easy. When I call I get a real person who gives me options and makes it convenient for me. They will come back between services if needed but I've only needed it once because their treatment works.
I've had inside & outside maintenance inspections for termite control. Both employees answered my questions and seemed to be knowledgeable about what they were doing.
We always get a very quick response whenever we call for service. The techs always notify us ahead of their arrival and always arrive on time. They are courteous and professional, and they let us know before they leave our property that they'll be happy to return, free of charge, if we find any issue with their service.
