The associates who provide services are always on time, courteous and helpful about answering my questions, and they have kept my home pest free ever since I became a Terminix customer. Specifically, we have had a recurring mouse problem at certain times of the year, but since we had the agent place 'mouse boxes' in certain places, we have been mouse-free. I appreciate the peace of mind this service gives me.

Jonathon has been wonderful in analyzing our dynamic situation with our bug issue and taking the best step forward to protect our Birds, Butterflies, outdoor kitties & wildlife ~ Most definitely a difficult role! It does not stop there... He had incredible suggestions to lower our moisture rate in our crawl space ~ and it WORKED!! Kudos to you!!
