Brian was on time and was a great listener to the problem we were having. He spent lots of time checking everywhere. He then treated everywhere including the crawl space. He explained that we might see activity because he made them mad. But if we see anything in a few days to call him and he would come back and retreat. We have had two other pest control companies in the past/ current but Terminix has gone beyond our expectations. Already have recommended to several people.
