I called and asked for scheduling so that I could meet the tech to let him in the basement and crawlspace AND see the outside inspection. The tech who came could only inspect the basement not the outside.When I called I told the lady that last year they had to make two trips and I wished to save them the extra trip.
We really appreciate their willingness to work with us, especially rescheduling service for bad weather days. Richie especially is willing to accommodate our special requests and is particularly patient with our three dogs.

The people are professional, the service takes care of problems like ants, spiders, rats or mice (let's face it if you live close to trees or open fields you will have visits from the varmints etc), and I don't have to worry about termites destroying my property

Love the convenience of the service. Especially the fact that if I see any critters between my quarterly sprays, I can contact Terminix and they come out as soon as possible to spray for the specific pests I’m seeing.
