I like that the guys show up on time and are always very nice, friendly and respectful. It’s nice to get reminders of the next time they are due to come. I have even called the receptionist because I was sure I smelled a dead mouse. She sent one of the guys right out and sure enough there was one in the crawl space under my house, he took care of it for me. I was very grateful.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Answer any questions that I may have and offer solutions to my problems. Since I have had Terminix I have not seen any more traces of any bugs, especially the tiny ants that were in the kitchen.
