We like the consistency of our quarterly treatments: Every time John Carlin treats our property, he checks all our mouse bait traps. Every time, he sweeps down spider/cob webs. Every time, he sprays baseboards and all affected portions of our shed and screened- in porch. Every time, he asks us if there is any particular insect we have been having trouble with. This consistency makes us feel that our property is secure.
