I have had service with your company for many, many years. I am pleased with the service being consistent. And I appreciate the telephone call ahead to be sure that I am home. Except this month, a representative rang doorbell without an appointment. However, I was home, and the timing was ok with me. He checked the interior downstairs walls. Then as he went out the door, he said that he would be back another time to check the bait stations, and I automatically said "OK". He does live less than a mile from me. I have wondered since then if I should have said something. I value your services because I believe that the diligence to maintain my home will be of value to a prospective buyer in the future. And checking the bait stations are as important as looking at the walls. Thank you for your service.
