However, the office staff seemed confused. I have a new credit card because my old card was compromised. I received an email that the payment was rejected so I called the office with my new numbers.
Today I received another email about the card not working. I went online to my credit card and saw that yesterday's payment had processed, I called your office again today and Sarah said that account was paid but my other accounts were not paid. I have no other accounts with Terminix. After a short discussion, she said my balance due was zero. Where did she get that I had other accounts?

The technicians are thorough abnd always ask if I am having any specific problems with bugs wheich they then uses the appropriate treatment for. They are friendly and communicative.
