During the Technicians inspection, he discovered a water drip in my crawl space, which he brought to my attention, Thankfully! It turned out that my refrigerator water feed for the ice maker was leaking at the back of the refrigerator which was seeping through the floor. What an important discovery. Thank you. I was able to address the problem right away by shutting off the feed valve in the kitchen.
Steve is wonderful! He contacts me to set up my appointments every 3 months & I get a text. I tend to forget things so both of these methods are so helpful.
