INFORMATIVE AND COURTEOUS
They call us when it's time to schedule a treatment. They are always willing to work with us to reschedule if a conflict arises on a scheduled treatment day. Richie is very thorough and knowledgeable in what treatments works best for which bugs are present. He is respectful of our special needs and accommodates all of our requests. We have a had a wet Spring this year and so far, NO BUGS!!!!!!
