The people- the service techs that come to your house & the office staff. Anyone can spray chemicals or throw granules around - BUT - if you don’t like or trust the people doing it - how/why would you expose yourself to any of it. You’re better off with the bugs !! I am super happy with the fine folks at Terminix. We have a farm right on the border of SC/NC and it was a bit nuts figuring out which home office was going to service us. We started with Hendersonville, then Greenville, now finally Spartanburg. While juggling around initially- each office staff, the three different service techs were super nice folks!!! I like them, I trust them & guess what - no bugs !!! I absolutely would and do recommend Terminix ~ just make sure you have the right office for your zone !!! 🤣🤣👍👍

However, I do not approve of your policy whereby a service man comes and ONLY does the outside.
I did not even know he was here until I saw that he left a notice on my doorknob.
In addition, I was not even told he was coming.
Had I known, I would have had him do a more complete job
I want an INSIDE spray as well as the outside. To me, this was just half the job.
I do not blame the service man because I am sure this is what you told him to do.
Next time PLEASE tell me he is coming so that I can have a more complete job.
