I had my annual Terminix inspection the other week. Curtis Burleson was the representative that came out and did the inspection. He was GREAT!!! I had a problem with some moisture, and he went over every aspect of the problem and suggested that I have them come back out in June after a rain to recheck the moisture issue. It appears it was a gutter issue dumping water near the foundation of my house. I highly recommend them and even more so recommend Curtis Burleson. He was FANTASTIC. As a result of his honesty and professionalism, I will stay with Terminix.

The customer service I received from Terminix has always been great. This includes across many states and many homes. The technicians are always courteous and professional and do a great job. If there are issues in between Services they come out and take care of it. Their prices are competitive with other companies, and while some companies are cheaper, their customer service is not as good as terminix.
