He's always on time for appointments and most of the time he is early and that is okay. He always calls to make sure it is okay to come early. Curtis gets a 10. Tiffany is usually the office person that I talk to and she is great! She's kind and courteous and always patient while I go check the calendar. Tiffany gets a 10!
