I like that out Terminix exterminator knows what we want and need for our property, and is good to go even if we don't set a specific time. Also that if we do that, and then remember we needed something that wasn't mentioned, he will come back and do that service as well, without extra charge for us. Also, we don't generally have pest problems, so Terminix works!
