I like your service and have had it for years.
However, I do not approve of your policy whereby a service man comes and ONLY does the outside.
I did not even know he was here until I saw that he left a notice on my doorknob.
In addition, I was not even told he was coming.
Had I known, I would have had him do a more complete job
I want an INSIDE spray as well as the outside. To me, this was just half the job.
I do not blame the service man because I am sure this is what you told him to do.
Next time PLEASE tell me he is coming so that I can have a more complete job.

I like that Terminix is a dependable company. When you make an appointment, they are on time. The service rep. will give you a call (at least if requested) prior to their arrival. Once service is complete and for any reason you experience an issue they will come back at no charge. The customer's needs are always first and top priority!
