Times past I would get a filter in my unit. Did they forget or that service is no longer rendered.

My parent's home was invaded by termites so when I built our home beside them, I wanted to make sure my home would be termite free. That was over 20 years ago that I had them to check for termites, afterwards we elected to continue paying a yearly fee to make sure we don't have termites. In the event we decide to sell, the worth of our home will increase. It's well worth the yearly fee to have peace of mind. We didn't have termites then and we do not have them now. because of Terminix's due diligence to keep us termite free.
