Billy arrives on time to do our inspections, pest control, etc. He is friendly, courteous, and professional. Whenever I have a question, I call the office, leave a message, and he returns my call promptly. Sometimes this requires the need for another appointment if there are issues to address. Terminix is fortunate to have an employment like Billy.
