Firstly, I liked the service guys you sent, Bill and Alex. They had a personality that any client would want to deal with.
Secondly, the paperwork was thorough, and if I had a problem, Bill tried his best to explain.
Thirdly, Terminix was prompt, and if there were a delay, I was notified.
Lastly, I appreciate the senior deduction even if it was not listed. Going through the problems with my husband's medical issue, this was truly a blessing.

Billy Nicholson is very personable indeed and we enjoyed talking to him. He is very polite and efficient and we really have appreciated the results of his spraying. Just wish we'd contacted Terminex years ago instead of relying on Home Defense!!!
