the serviceman alerted us to a water leak in the crawl space and even took a video to show how much water it was spraying on the wall and beam. the leak was fairly new and unknown to us. he saved us long term damage and a lot of money . he was super polite as well. his name is Alex Thomas . please do not share my info with anyone. thank you,

Serviceman was very thorough and took his time to find the problem with the ants. He sprayed inside and out. Hopefully the problem is gone.

Being a new customer, I didn’t know what to expect upon my first visit. However, Billy was my technician and was absolutely amazing at explaining every step of each process. He was thorough and extremely friendly. He answered any questions I had and overall was a pleasure to work with. I even referred his services to my co-workers. That’s how pleased I was. I’m hoping this review gets him the recognition he deserves.

I was very satisfied with Billy, he took the time to do the job correctly. That has not always been the case with some technicians.. My termite bate stations are scheduled in a couple of months, hope I can say the same about that tech.
