Rodney was great. For some reason, Terminex did not have me on the schedule for him to check outside.
Terminex emailed me a confirmation.
Anyways, Rodney came by and located all the termite traps and later on checked each one.

Justin does a fantastic job, and he always works with me to accommodate my schedule. He’s very courteous and prompt. We had a recent termite scare, and he was out first thing the next morning to check it out. It was a false alarm, but Terminix’s response was perfect.
