Service is good but wish annual premium was related to service visits. When we signed up, our stations were checked at least every 3 months for xxx $ annual. We now, get a once a year check up, and our annual fee is substantially more than xxx amount. Our representative is very personable & attentive so absolutely no complaints there.

The Terminix office sends email reminders to schedule or calls us to schedule if I don’t call them. The technician is always on time and lets me know of their arrival and when they are leaving. I have had excellent service locally and at our previous location in the Midwest for more than 30 years.
