Look, this is the 2nd time you want me to fill out a form letting you know about the service. First if I didn't like your service I wouldn't stay with Terminix for over 10 yrs. The only complaint I truely have is this form I need to fill out each time. The form for me is a waist of my time. If I have a problem I will call the office. Please STOP SENDING ME THESE FORMS.
