We have been a customer of Terminix for 18 years and have always been happy with the service and I was completely satisfied with our most recent quarterly service. With that said, I do need to comment on possibly two previous service calls. Back in September my daughter was at the property and made me aware that there was a powder residue in places throughout the house. I phoned Terminix and was advised that Terminix uses a powder but typically only outside the home not inside. Based on my conversation I was satisfied it would not happen again, but now that I am at the property and seeing it first hand I want to be certain this never happens again. Fast forward to our current visit. I am now doing the deep clean and finding powder all over the house. Behind beds, washer/dryer, under sinks. Keep in mind that it is tossed behind furniture which means it is on walls, woodwork and floors in every room (and there are 7 of them). NEVER do I want powder used IN my home nor could I imagine anyone would. Please raise the awareness of your service technicians.

We heard so many good things about him from our neighbors that the other day when he was there we went over and we scheduled a meeting then and there. He came over in a few days and we signed up.
