My technician Rodney was onsite last week, completed the inside pest control and as he started the outside portion, we had a downpour rainstorm. Rodney was unable to complete but said he would be back next week (Tuesday). As promised, he finished the job today as promised, left a note that he had been onsite.
Just another example of the outstanding service provided by Rodney, the Terminix Team at the Ridgeland office, in this day and age of choices and competition - I am comforted that the Terminix Team has my back.
