Terminix offers excellent customer service, communicating via email and telephone to schedule appointments. With my busy schedule I welcome this and the flexibility of scheduling a time when it is convenient for me. Over the past 5 years, I have had three technicians all of which are knowledgeable, and professional. Respectful of the customer's needs. Thank you.
