I trust Terminix as a company to be able to handle any termite problem that comes up but I trust that Eric will always be here whenever any problem comes up. He is knowledgeable, thorough and always willing to help and answer any questions we have.

The local team is highly organized and focused on the customer. Specifically, Erikk, the direct service provider always exceeds customer needs and expectations. Erikk even takes the time to stop by to assure all my needs are meet and there are no issues.

My technician does a great job, very thorough. He always asks if I have any concerns ie: critters I’ve noticed.

My house is virtually bug free! If it’s rained for 5 days straight A bug may wander in, but once it’s crossed the threshold it’s on its last legs!
