Terminix offers excellent customer service, communicating via email and telephone to schedule appointments. With my busy schedule I welcome this and the flexibility of scheduling a time when it is convenient for me. Over the past 5 years, I have had three technicians all of which are knowledgeable, and professional. Respectful of the customer's needs. Thank you.

Terminex service always has been punctual, coming when scheduled. Their inspection and treatment procedures seem very thorough. The technician appears quite knowledgeable, and communicates well regarding services and procedures, and any issues he identifies.
