Any reluctance I have about recommending Terminix to others is related to the turnover of field staff, staff shortage, and my reluctance to request additional service if needed because of that shortage.

We continue to appreciate the courtesy extended to us, with each scheduled visit. If a change in time is needed due to extenuating circumstances, we are notified promptly. Also appreciate the thoroughness of the technician Shawn. He is always polite and courteous.

I’m quite happy with the results of the service that Terminex provides, however I’m quite surprised that company like this doesn’t have any chemicals to prevent snakes from entering your property.
