Shawn (Sean?) is fabulous! He's punctual, efficient and extremely friendly. He's always willing to lend a hand and he's also incredibly thorough. I really like that Terminix offers complete coverage for the home including termite inspections and protection and regular pest inspections and protection. It's convenient to use just one company to satisfy both issues.
