There is just one thing: Why do I not receive a copy of the inspection result? In previous years, the inspector gave me a paper copy immediately. Now, that you went electronic, there is a promise for the record, but I get nothing. Also, often when I try to call your office, the line is busy all day long.
Apart from this, I am very pleased with your service; your employees are unfailingly polite and pleasant.
