Doug was very professional and explained our contract options, and answered all of our questions. I asked to tag along for the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t mind the barrage of questions I asked. Our appointment was very late in the afternoon. His work was very thorough, and even though it was getting later, and into the evening he busted his behind. After he finished he slowly and professionally explained the contract and patiently answered all questions and concerns. Give this man a raise.
