Bob did a fantastic job! We moved from one of your competitors and it was a night and day difference. I took the other company maybe 15-20 minutes to complete their service. I understand certain visit can take less time than others but I this previous company seem to just go through the motions. With that there were constant call backs for them to come back and respray.
Bob was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, performed the way I would expect and took customer service to the next level! He took the time to listen to our concerns and you could see he cared and wanted to do everything he could to eliminate any problems or concerns.
