Bob, the technician/servicemen who looks like Aaron Rogers, was very informative, friendly, professional, and open to hearing about our concerns, along with giving us helpful feedback as far as preventive measures to keep pests away and what to do if we do have an issue. We live extremely close to a waterway which leads into a densely wooded area. We have several different types of pests we do not want in our home, but we don’t necessarily want to kill everything in our surrounding area. We trust Bob as well as this particular Terminx branch.Probably one of the best technicians to come to our house hands down. Thanks a million times over.
