Ryan and Chandler at Terminix are outstanding! They are professional and very knowledgeable. Any time we need our routine spraying done or if we have other issues that need to be addressed they are in contact with us the same day we reach out to them and sometimes even come by that day or within 24-48 hours. We do not have to keep up with routine visits because they have a staff that calls to schedule those with you and send reminders of their arrival. We would recommend Terminix to anyone!

Although TERMINIX has taken very good care of me over these many years I extremely disappointed with their TURNOVER. It seems every time I meet a new tech. I wind up with a different one within a month or so.
YOUR TURNOVER IS TERRIBLE. Perhaps you either need to take better care of them monetarily or treat them better. Not sure what it is, but one may assume it’s costing YOU.
Can get appt when I want it. Always courteous and quick in and out
I like that my technician will spray inside if I request it ….as well spraying the outside. I feel like only the outside spray doesn’t stop palmetto bugs!!!!!

You asked if I would recommend Terminix to a friend. Not really, I don't do recommendations. You did not ask if I was disappointed with the service.The tech was OUTSTANDING but I can be disappointed with the cost till the cows come home." I'm guessing it isn't included in "make things right" options. I changed my score from 5 to 10 because you will probably hold it against the local branch and employees so I made it 10 because the tech deserves a great review.
The tech was the BEST!!!!!! He was personable, professional and meticulous.
