The service person, Grant, was on time and did not require us to wait or wonder what was going on. He was polite, answered my questions, and told me what to expect, as well as how long to wait for the results. Did not try to sell me more than what I asked for.
Professional, timely notification/reminder of service, respectful when call office. Cody us professional, courteous and friendly when he does our treatments. He also asks of if we have any issues he needs to provide additional assistance on.

Tom Minton has been our regular service person for a very long time and we never want to lose him as he is prompt, always explains what he will do, lets us know we can call if we need anything else done. I like that Pat Clark calls and schedules my pest control appointments (3) for the same day. I like that Pat is very punctual! Always on time! I especially like having Pat do my service. I do not like several different technicians servicing my 3 properties. I was very impressed with the young man (Nick) that Pat had do my last termite inspection at one of my properties. I have two properties up for termite renewal in August, and hopefully Nick will do those, also.
