The technician arrived on time and performed the inspection .HOWEVER, another technician was supposed to come prior to my scheduled visit to change the baitingt stations. This did not happen. I was told it would be taken care of before the end of the month. Today is June 27th and it still has not been done.
This is the first time I've ever had a problem with service being performed. I'd like for this to be resolved

I have not seen one palmetto bug for a year. No mice either. Spiders don't bother me. I see one once in a while. I am very happy with the service.
