I like that they are consistent and relatively thorough....but....I would prefer they set a date and time when they can treat bo the exterior and interior when coming by, rather than just notifying they've come by and done the exterior

T he e technician shows up on time and does his job without leaving a mess. And he explains what he is going to do and then tells me what he did before he leaves.
Pat does excellent work and is very helpful if we have questions. It will be a shame when he retired and the younger generation takes over.
