The technician was right on time, went under the house from both sides checking for termite activity and checked moisture levels. She let me know that she didn’t see any signs of activity and that the moisture levels were excellent.
Very friendly service man. He made suggestions about sealing areas pest may enter. He didnt try to push for a sale when we asked questions.
