I really like the way they keep reminding me of the time of my service. I do not have to worry and call them, I know the service will take place when it is time to do so. Plus they go above the regular service when I need to call them. They respond in less than 2 days to any problem we may have. I called because we had a skink getting into our garage and they were not sure how to handle that so they brought us out some sticky traps and put in our garage and even left a few if we needed them. We got 2 within 2 weeks and problem solved. Anytime we see anything in the home and need to call them have a quick response and treat what is needed. The service people are always kind, professional,explain things clearly and give us a peace of mind. Great job to all the employees @ Terminix!

Professionalism, caring staff
We have been with Terminix for many years. Particularly find of Tony and we are glad he is back and will be our "go to" guy again. We were not impressed with the particular individual who did our service on Saturday, August 13th. We don't think he finished the job, he left without saying a word and there was no paperwork. This might be the new way Terminix does business, but we were not very happy with it. Other than that, we are good to go.

My Terminix Guys are wonderful. Very personable and give good advice. They either call first advising me it's time for their next visit or ring my doorbell to let me know that they are there and to keep my dogs inside for a while. Very caring individuals and do a great job. Yes, I would recommend them without a doubt.
