What I appreciated the most was the communication, professionalism, and follow through that I experienced from everyone at Terminix. I purchased a house that had not been lived in for over 4 years and needed a good amount of work done to get it up to date. Terminix helped to make the pest control work stress free with a great price for the work that needed to be done. My technician Shawn was great to work with. He had a full day’s worth of work, but he showed up early that morning, as promised, and got everything done that same day with no complaints. He treated the inside of my house, placed termite baits around the property and installed new insulation and a vapor barrier in the crawl space. Shawn even went the extra mile and noticed a vent in the crawl space that was holding over 2 gallons of water that the home inspector missed, which helped me get that issue addressed before more problems could arise. Thanks to Shawn’s hard work and professionalism, I will be using Terminix for all of my pest control needs from now on.
