Vince was an excellent associate to Terminix. He was patient and knowledgeable about pest infestation and control. I even introduced him to my neighbor. He left his business cards with me and my neighbor came over to request some. He replaced a damaged pod and made sure everything was copacetic with regard to the product line.

It's very effective the methods used to control pests. Haven't seen bugs since the start of service or had to call them to return. The service person is so respectful and seem to take the same care as if he was exterminationing his own home
