Professional, prompt Service Technician! He listened to my concerns about the ants, etc. that were coming into the bathroom. His manner was friendly and it was refreshing to have someone who genuinely liked their job. He had a great attitude and did not rush but explained to me about the process and how often they came out to service the property.
