The timing for the visit by your service representative (Vince) was unfortunate for him as he came only a day after my wife of 52 years had died. I had not thought to call to postpone the visit. Yet Vince’s visit was uplifting as he was respectful but upbeat, and I enjoyed his sense of humor. He also took the time to explain how we could combat some flying meal moths that I had seen recently. When my daughter arrived who has been helping me keep house during my wife’s illness (cancer), he graciously repeated the advice he had given me for her.
