Mike is here when he says he will be here. I can call him with my concerns and he will come out and check and explain what he did to rectify the issue. Been with Terminex for approx. 5 years...no complaint yet. Thank You For Your Service.

Leo, Pest technician in my opinion is why I use TERMINIX for all of my pest control. He has excellent Customer Service Skills, he responds if a call back is needed (fire ants are my biggest problem). He needs to be a supervisor and train technicians in customer service.
