I've been using Terminix for termite prevention for over 20 years. Their products work and their staff is exceptional. Last year I started using Terminix for outdoor bug control, especially in my garage. I don't know what they're using but I can say Without hesitation, it works! I have not seen a palmetto bug AKA roach or a spider in over a year. 3 Cheers for Terminix!

Justin Rominger, the service technician, was exceptional with the delivery of the quarterly pest control service. He called ahead to schedule a convenient time since some remodeling is ongoing at my home, arrived on time, explained the application mechanics and then commenced the work. Justin is the epitome of a true professional in terms of his organizational skills, knowledge of products and procedures, courtesy and communications skills. I know other customers of his within the Spring Valley Subdivision and they have very similar opinions. Needless to say, he sets the example for others to follow and is the consummate representative in the field for Terminix in this area.
