I have been using the services of Terminex for the last 26 years. They provide excellent service at a reasonable price. For the last 18 months I have used their services for insect control. Again, their product did a wonderful job. The technicians were thorough and responsive, until the last visit. The new technician arrived a day early without notice. He did not let me know he was here and was driving away when I saw him. He did not spray my garage or the backyard. This young man needs more training.

Serviceman was very prompt, courteous, and professional.
The techs who have come to my house over the years have always been professional and answer all my questions. They do a great job and always ask if I have noticed any problems. When I had a problem on my back porch, the tech treated the area, and when he returned he made sure that his treatment had solved the problem. Always calling to schedule service and will work around your schedule. Justin is awesome he is there in a timely manner and will let you know if he isn’t going to be there due to vacation etc to service your property and that another technician will cover for him until he returns. Love Maria she is very polite and understanding. She will provide you a quote to meet your budget and is very on top of things when it comes to services and friendly reminders when your bill is due. Great service and great people.

I have been a Terminix customer for years and I'm still very pleased with this service. It is very easy to schedule an appointment and to make payment, I love that I don't have to follow behind the service technician and tell him where to spray. I've had very few times to call them back to redo an area and when I did I am always pleased with what they have done. Friendly, informing and very professional. Highly recommend Terminix.
