All specialized support for this house is provided by Terminix NE Columbia Office on Rabon Rd. Crawl space was encapsulated several years ago with a Dehumidifier by TERMINIX personnel. Some personnel from this office and other offices participated. Visit by Josh Weeks, a Supervisor, came on July 1, 2026 to change batteries in the humidistat and filter on the dehumidifier. This visit was initially coordinated by Lisa Weiland and Alyssa, fantastic Customer Care Specialists. Josh called to verify the time and access availability. He arrived on time and explained exactly what he was going to accomplish and the process. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He also serviced the remote display in the house providing hygrometer and temperature data. Josh also took photographs of the dehumidifier and ancillary equipment to better explain what he accomplished. Two contractors have contacted me about my satisfaction with Terminix as they were going to recommend someone for their projects. I know both contractors and they are very good in their fields. I unequivocally recommended Brent Beatson and his exceptional NE Columbia Team.
