THE TECHNICIAN! If I could give him 200 plus stars I would. He’s very thorough and takes time to answer all and any questions we have. I also give kudos to the young lady that schedules all my appointments she’s definitely my favorite person. These two are definitely the epitome of what your company needs.
Friendly phone greeting and concise explanation of services we were interested in along with fair pricing and speed of appointment and exceptional service by the tech Will! He offered mosquito service and a discounted first time service and went over thoroughly what he was going to do today and what results to expect going forward. Offered us to call at anytime if we have any questions or feel that the problem needs perhaps more attention. All in all a Great experience and again Will was very open to our concerns and answered all we needed of him.
