Your service is on-time and effective against pests or termites, your office staff are warm and friendly…and your technicians are just wonderful. They’re accommodating, professional and unobtrusive, especially if there are other activities going on around the house during their service visits….especially Leo who schedules timely appointments in advance, knows my dog, makes sure gates are secured and is always willing to help quickly if there is a “pest emergency.” Well done!!

I believe you have the best-trained applicators and products for them to work with. My applicator, Vince, is experienced, serious about eliminating as much as possible the threat of bugs in our house and at the same time being personable and friendly. The office staff is always friendly and helpful as well. Terminix is the best so I have used them in five different states as I have moved over the years!
