I can call if I have a problem and someone will come out to take care of it. The office staff are very helpful. And the techs that come to the house are very professional and friendly. I could spray for insects myself, but I feel confident with their expertise.

Initial coordination was done by Alyssa Anstey as I had not had Ahmad Morrison as a technician before. He arrived on time as he previously stated and explained the Pre Termite Inspection. He also replaced several bait stations as required. Explained in a very understandable conversation what was accomplished and why. Gave me direct and professional answers to my questions.
He is a credit to the team on Rabon Rd and look forward to his next visit.

You service people are knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. More than once I was informed of a wet spot when they inspected. Both times I took action and avoided an expensive bathroom repair. They do their job well. Our house has been protected by Terinix for around forty years.

Office personnel professional and friendly to book appointment. Brandon also professional and thorough. Last year he notified us of a leaking toilet. This year he let us know we need to repair crawl space vent. He put it back in place until we get it repaired. Overall always a great experience having Terminex.
