I called the office to report that one of my in-ground termite stations had somehow been dug up and needed to be re-installed in the ground. A technician came, and I assume the station was re-installed in the ground. The technician never came back to my door to report what he had found and what he did. He just left. I would have liked to have been given an oral report and shown what was done along with the status of the dug-up station before its being placed back in the ground. None of this was done. The emailed report of his visit did not report any of this either...even after I asked for it.

I have been a customer of Terminix for over 35 years and have never had any problems. The service techs have always taken care of my houses and rarely had to come back for problems. The service personnel have all done a thorough job with applications of the chemical agents and have always shown up when scheduled. Ben Garris came today and treated my house and I am confident his work was done in a professional and a thorough manner.
