your agent always calls before he shows up asking permission to service me. he's tells me when he will show up and he does. he always asks if there are any pest points he needs to concentrate on specifically and handles it. after he finishes he always polite and chats with me while he makes up my bill and I personally like that. Thank you very much. it seems that today most people don't have the time to be polite much less spend the time to be a little human. sincerely a loyal customer since as long as I can remember
